Logging In to Your Door Account

If you have an existing Latch or Door account navigate to Door Command Center or download the Door App (Apple Store, Play Store) and input your email address and password on the login screen.

If you don't have an existing Latch or Door account and live in a building with Latch devices, please contact your property management team so they can invite you to the Door system.

If you don't live in a building with Latch devices but you're interested in using Door at your property, please contact sales@door.com

Changing or Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ on the Log In screen on your Door App. Enter the email linked to your Door account and click ‘Send’ to get the password reset link. Find the email in your email inbox, click on the link to reset your password and follow the instructions on the screen.

In the Door App, if you enter the wrong email or we can’t find your account in the system, you’ll see an error message stating ‘Email not found’. You can choose to create a new account or contact your property manager for help.
