Changing or Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, click on ‘Reset Password’ on the Log In screen on your Door App. Enter the email linked to your Door account and click ‘Send’ to get the password reset link. Find the email in your email inbox, click on the link to reset your password and follow the instructions on the screen.

In the Door App, if you enter the wrong email or we can’t find your account in the system,, you’ll see an error message stating ‘Email not found’. You can choose to create a new account or contact your property manager for help.
