Your doorcodes are stored in the DOOR App and available any time.
About this feature
Every door you have access to has a unique doorcode assigned specifically to you. No two residents at the same property share a code for the same door. Because your doorcode identifies you at the door (access history is tracked per code), treat it like a PIN: do not share it. To give someone temporary access, invite them as a guest instead — see [How do I invite a guest?]
Steps
- Open the DOOR App.
- Go to Access.
- Tap the Doorcodes icon. All of your current doorcodes appear — one per door you have access to.
To view a specific door's code without opening the full list:
- Go to Access and tap the door name.
- The doorcode appears in the door detail view.
About residence vs. communal doorcodes
Your doorcode list includes two types:
- Residence doorcodes are for your unit door. DOOR generates these when you are added to the door. You can reset yours at any time from the door detail view.
- Communal doorcodes are for shared entrances — lobby, gym, parking. Each resident gets a unique code. You cannot change a communal code on your own; contact your property team.
