With DOOR App, you can now schedule appointments with experts for a wide range of services, including TV mounting, home cleaning, handyman work, and more. This new feature allows you to easily book a professional visit to meet your needs, all from the convenience of your DOOR App.
How do Services work?
- Quick and Secure Booking: Open the Services section in the app, choose the service you need, and select the date and time that best fits your schedule.
- Personalized Assistance: Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation with all the necessary details to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support When You Need It: If you have any questions or encounter issues during the booking process, our support team is ready to help.
What services are available in the DOOR App at the moment?
More services will be added to the list eventually, but at the moment the following services are available:
- General Handyman
- TV Mounting
- Home Cleaning
Where can I see the price of the service?
After selecting a service, you'll be prompted to enter all the required details. Each field that may affect the final price is clearly indicated, and you can view the total cost at the bottom of the screen.
What is the policy if I cancel my service when the technician arrives?
If you cancel your service upon the technician's arrival. You'll be charged a minimum of 1 hour's payment.
Do I provide the materials necessary for my project?
Our technicians come equipped with a wide array of tools (e.g., hammers, drills, screwdrivers) to handle various tasks. However, specific components required for your project, such as light fixtures, faucets, toilets, shelves, ceiling fans, or any specialized materials, should be provided by you.
What happens if the technician is unable to finish the work?
If the technician can't complete the work, you'll still be charged for a minimum of one hour of service. While we strive to resolve all issues, we cannot guarantee a resolution in every case.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
While you are welcome to be present, it is not necessary. You can provide access instructions ahead of time, and our trusted cleaners will take care of the rest
Can I request a specific cleaner for recurring services?
Yes, if you are happy with your cleaner, we can arrange for the same professional to return for your future appointments.
