DOOR OS includes a Reporting and Auditing platform that gives property managers visibility into who has access where, who entered which doors, which devices need maintenance, and which staff actions have been taken. Reports are filterable, searchable, and exportable to CSV for further analysis. This article walks through the available reports and how to use them.
About this feature
DOOR OS surfaces every access event, key assignment, manager action, and device state change in a single Reports section. Use it for:
- Resident dispute resolution — confirm or rule out access at a specific time.
- Staff audits — confirm what a manager has changed, when.
- Device maintenance planning — identify devices with low batteries or pending firmware updates.
- Compliance — pull access reports for legal or insurance requests.
To open Reports, click Reports in the left menu of the DOOR OS screen.
Available reports
| Report | Available to | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Admin Actions | Portfolio Managers only | Which admins were added or removed, who granted access, permission start/end dates |
| Assigned Access | Property Managers (Full / Specific Key Management) | Names, emails, access time periods, who granted access, account/keycard status |
| Keys | Property Managers (Full / Specific Key Management) | Doors associated with each key, when doors were added, who took the action |
| Access Devices | Property Managers (Full / Specific Key Management) | Door name, product type, firmware version, sync needed, battery percentage, days since last reading |
| Keycards | Property Managers (Full / Specific Key Management) | Activated keycards, activation date, associated user |
| Packages / Concierge Pro | Properties with Concierge Pro | Delivery metrics — peak hours, daily averages, time zone |
| People Keys | Property Managers (Full / Specific Key Management) | Per-user access detail: type (Resident/Guest/Manager), keys held |
Note on access scope. Each report shows only data you have permission to see. If your account has Specific Key Management for certain Keys, you'll see only those Keys' doors and users in the Access Devices, Keys, and Assigned Access reports.
