Using your DOOR Temperature and Humidity Sensor

This article provides a comprehensive overview of the features and settings available for your DOOR Temperature and Humidity Sensor within the DOOR App.

Dashboard Overview

General Tile:

A compact tile displays the current temperature and humidity levels of the room where the sensor is installed.

Temperature Graph:

View the temperature history (in °F) for the past 24 hours, allowing you to track changes over time.

Humidity Graph:

View the humidity history for the past 24 hours to monitor environmental variations.

History

Record Log:

Access a chronological list of all recorded temperature and humidity changes, helping you identify trends and anomalies.

Settings

Device Name:

The current name of the device is displayed here. Tap this option to change the name as needed.

Alerts:

Customize your notifications by enabling separate alerts for temperature and humidity.

    • Range Settings: Specify the thresholds for when you’d like to be notified.
    • Alert Interval: Set the frequency at which alerts are sent if values remain outside your chosen ranges.

Temperature Unit:

Your temperature will be displayed in F°.

Historical Data:

Access temperature and humidity history graphs with options to view data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You can also customize the date range to suit your needs.

Delete Device:

To deactivate the sensor, simply tap "Delete Device" and confirm your selection.

Find detailed technical information about your sensor, including:

    • Device Type
    • Operational State
    • Model
    • Device EUI
    • Serial Number
    • Signal Intensity
    • Battery Level
    • Firmware Version

Serial Number:

View the QR code associated with your device, the Serial number, and the model. This information can be helpful when troubleshooting or contacting Support.
