Key Settings: Schedules

When making a Key, you can set doors in that Key to be available on certain days at certain hours for anyone that you give that Key to. In one step, everyone gets the same schedule for the same doors.

Adding a Key Schedule to a new key

1. Make a Key
2. Select the day and time that you want each door to be accessible using this Key

Please remember that to apply these changes, you must update all affected doors that are not connected to the internet. To update a door, simply select the door name while being within Bluetooth range of the Latch device, and then choose the "Update" option.

Editing a Key Schedule

To change a schedule:

1. Log into DoorOS
2. Go to the Access tab and select 'Keys'
3. Select the desired key from the list
4. Go to the 'Doors' tab and click on 'Edit'
5. Edit the schedule for the relevant doors
6. Save changes
