Setting up your Door Link is quick and simple. You’ll need to ensure you set up Units for your property, enable Door Link for the correct Door, and then assign the Door Link to your users.
To set up Units, simply:
- Navigate to app.door.com
- Go to Access and select "Units"
- Press 'Add Unit'
- Add Units or import a CSV file of all Units at once
To enable Door Link for an existing Door:
- Navigate to app.door.com
- Select the Access tab at the top of the screen and select "Doors"
- Search for the Door you wish to pair with Door Link
- Click 'Edit'
- Enable Door Link in the Intercom menu
- Press 'Save'
- Select the 'Door Link' sub-menu on the Door
- Select 'Actions'
- Press 'Print QR Code Stickers'
To enable Door Link for new Doors:
- Create a Door
- Choose Door Link in the Intercom menu.
- Press 'Save'
- Select the 'Door Link' sub-menu on the Door
- Select 'Actions'
- Press 'Print QR Code Stickers'
To assign Door Link to your users:
- Navigate to app.door.com
- Select the 'People' tab at the top of the screen and navigate to a user
- Select 'Edit'
- Assign the right Unit to their account
- Ensure they have an assigned phone number
