Activating and adding a Latch Camera

Once a Latch Camera has been installed (for more information please check Latch Camera Specs, Cut Sheet, Install Guide), please follow these steps:

1. Open the Door App and select the desired property
2. Go to 'Devices' and select the "Intercom Door"
3. Go to settings and select 'Pair Camera'
4. Enter the Camera Mac to pair it to the relevant Door and Intercom
5. Tap on 'Pair'

Prepare your property to activate the Camera with an Intercom Door.

Creating a new Door:

Login to the Door Command Center and create a new Door by following these steps:

1. Go to Access, then select 'Doors', and click on 'Add Door'
2. Name the door. This name will be displayed in the Door App, so be sure to give your door a clear label (e.g., Pool, Gym, Front Entrance, 202, Unit 202, Garage)
3. Select the Door type 'Building Entrance'
4. Ensure the 'Intercom' is selected in the Intercom dropdown menu
5. Activate the lock in the new door created (For more information, check this link: Activating Devices with the Door App)

Editing an existing Door:

1. Go to Access, then select 'Doors', and click an existing Door with the door type 'Building Entrance'
2. Ensure the 'Intercom' is selected in the Intercom dropdown menu
